01 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using the BlossomYou mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
02 — ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use BlossomYou. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
03 — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
BlossomYou provides AI-powered skin analysis, body composition estimates, and fitness and diet suggestions for general wellness and informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise routine, and never disregard professional advice because of something you saw in the App.
04 — AI SCANS & RESULTS
Results generated by our AI features are estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or vary based on lighting, image quality, and other factors. You choose whether to perform scans, and you are responsible for how you use the results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following recommendations in the App.
05 — YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@blossomyou.app if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by visiting our account deletion page, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
06 — COMMUNITY CONDUCT
BlossomYou includes community features that connect you with other members. You agree to treat others with respect and not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against anyone; post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content; share another person's private information; or use the App to spam, scam, or solicit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
07 — YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App, including photos and posts. By submitting content, you grant BlossomYou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve the App. You confirm that you have the right to share the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
08 — SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payments are processed by those platforms, and refunds are subject to their policies except where the law requires otherwise.
09 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, branding, software, AI models, and content we create, is owned by BlossomYou and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the App.
10 — TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the App, or if required by law, with or without notice where reasonably necessary to protect the App or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
11 — DISCLAIMERS
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that AI-generated results will be reliable.
12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlossomYou and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13 — CHANGES TO THE APP & TERMS
We may add, change, or remove features of the App at any time. We may also revise these terms, and we will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
